Dr. M. Guillory was very concerned with understanding my conditions as well as my wife’s and was deliberate on setting in motion a plan of action. She was a 5 out of 5. Dr. Skoog seemed to rush through the appointment as if he was in a hurry. His communication with me was minimal and I felt compelled to give him answers without him asking questions. Receiving administrator helpful checked in no issues. My doctor gave me helpful information regarding my hearing loss, with positive outlook on what I was going through. Hearing aids received I’m satisfied.
