We love the docs here. After trying several veterinary clinics, we have finally found one that we want to keep.

I have had Dr. Butler see two of my dogs over the years; and have always had great respect for her. That respect even increased recently when I had to take my seriously injured Jack Russell in for surgical repair after he was attacked by a larger dog. As usual, Dr. Butler used her superb skills to take care of his injuries. She and her techs proceeded to nurture him through 3 weeks of check-ups and wound care. I love the vets here and all the other staff as well. I feel they genuinely care about my dog. Everyone is friendly and professional and it has been very easy for me to get in there when I need to. I highly recommend East Valley Veterinary Clinic!
I have mixed feelings about this place. We recently moved from the midwest where we had a terrific vet experience. East Valley experience has been up and down. The good: Nikki Butler is a great vet and very compassionate and caring with our dogs. I really get that she cares and some support techs are very sweet. The not so good: The support service/front desk folks have changed over several times since we've been there. I would highly recommend this clinic. The way they treated me and my pet was with the utmost respect and kindness. The vet I visited was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to help me quickly and accurately in the cheapest way possible. This is the clinic I plan to continue visiting and would highly recommend it to others!

We are so happy with East Valley. After feeling like a number at Sugarhouse Vet, we stopped in East Valley to see what it was like, and have been blown away with their service ever since. It's much more of a family feel, and it's clear they really care about our dog. We called them at 5:52 the other night when our dog broke his dew claw. They close at 6, but stayed open late to take care of him and were so kind and empathetic. We are so happy to have found a vet who we really trust with our baby.
All of the staff at East Valley are very genuine, sweet and helpful. The prices are reasonable and they don't try to sell you on the most expensive option of care for your pet, but rather, present you with options and allow you to choose the route you want to go. It's a refreshing change from so many vets who make you feel like you're a bad person if you can't do what they suggest (typically being the most expensive treatment option).
