Got 3 wisdom teeth extracted here under full anesthesia with Dr. Yu. Wonderful work, no swelling even though it was a relatively complicated extraction. Dr. Yu and all of his staff have been professional and friendly. Both risks and recovery have been thoroughly and patiently explained to me. The next day I asked to be seen because I wanted to make sure that everything was okay with the sutures (it was, they did a really good job). The staff got me in right away just to keep my mind at ease. Highly recommend this clinic.
Eastside Oral Surgery (EOS) is a 5 Star professional office. They are my preferred oral surgery office and I have repeatedly used them for multiple tooth extractions and now 3 implants without any complications. Not only is their office staff friendly and helpful but they are very accurate in their coordination with insurance benefits and refund credits without being prompted to. They are 5 star worthy and have multiple locations making primary and follow up visits easy for the patient.
The team is amazing! Everyone there is professional, friendly and caring. From bone grafting to dental implant, the entire process went smoothly with minimal pain ( I experienced zero pain but that could be different for everyone). I highly recommend Dr. Yu.
I was referred to Dr. Yu at Eastside Oral Surgery for a broken molar extraction. I've had bad experiences in the past with just local anesthesia so had my reservations but I needed to be able to drive myself home. The office staff are friendly and helpful and supportive, a pleasure to coordinate with. The support surgical staff are informative and gave lots of information and answered questions willingly. Dr. Yu was confident, has a great bed-side manner and light, professional touch. Highly Recommend!
I’m one of those people who has severe dental phobia and Eastside Oral Surgery is the best experience I’ve ever had going to the dentist. The entire experience from Shylo at front desk to Dr. Dillon and Dr. Prior it was as pleasant as meeting new friends! Truly remarkable. I was treated with kindness and respect and compassion by all staff. I had the broken tooth pulled yesterday morning and it went very smoothly.
