I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Seung Yu DDS recently and he and the entire staff at Eastside Oral Surgery were amazing! They explained the process in detail before the surgery, they were very pleasant and comforting on the day of the surgery, and Dr. Yu even called me personally to check in on me the day after. Dr. Yu is a very skilled surgeon as well. I had minimal swelling and surprisingly little pain afterwards. It's a shame that I'll probably never need his services again.

Eastside Oral Surgery Associates is the best. From the initial consultation, to the actual surgery, and with every bit of phone / email communication in between, it felt like I was being truly cared for. I felt confident that Dr. Yu and his team would be managing the surgery seamlessly -- which is exactly what happened. Also, the front desk staff is so lovely! Thanks for everything; would highly recommend that you come here if your wisdom teeth start getting a little bothersome (:

Everyone who works here is so pleasant and professional! They managed to squeeze me in for an appointment within an hour of me calling about a toothache, even as a first-time patient. Janie (I think that was her name, so sorry if not!) was an absolute delight on the phone, and Dr. Yu was thorough and efficient. Highly recommend.

One appointment to get xrays and prepped, then one to get my wisdom teeth out, super easy. Glad I didn't have to be awake for the surgery and the post-op help was perfect, even gave my wife a coupon for a free mcdonald's milkshake for my recovering mouth, ha!

I was not so impressed with my experience here. I had two wisdom teeth removed and when I got home realized they didn't give my medicine to my husband. It took me a full day to get in touch with someone and the bottom line was I had to go back to The office to pick up the prescription myself... the day after the procedure. Then there was a huge mix up in the billing. After three months of back and forth between them and my insurance I owed hundreds more than quoted. My daughter had 4 of her wisdom teeth removed a couple weeks ago. The surgery went well, it took her 7 days to fully recover, the first 3 days she wasn't able to eat much. Scheduling the appointment was a bit frustrating, even though, it was made 3 weeks in advance. i called the week prior in regards to another issue and appt time, it was estimated between 9-10am, the day before i was told she would be the last patient, and to bring our co-pay multiple times.

I was referred to Dr. Yu from Eastside Oral Surgery by my dentist for wisdom teeth removal. I was a bit anxious about getting all four wisdom teeth removed but the doctor, nurses and anesthesia tech did a great job answering my questions, putting me at ease and taking good care so that the procedure and after-care at home all went quite smoothly. The front desk is also very efficient. Thanks again to Dr. Yu and his staff for their level of care for their patients!
