Absolutely love this facility and really appreciated the wonderful care! Staff took excellent care of me from start to finish and made sure all my questions were answered. I was extremely anxious and nervous about getting all four wisdom teeth removed, but everyone made me feel at ease from the first consult visit until the day of the procedure. My procedure was done by Dr. Yu, he was so fabulous! The anesthesia tech and an additional nurses were also both so great and comforting! Such a wonderful experience!
Please, please, please do yourself a favor and go here! I swear I would stand in line for any service that Dr. Esmail provided -- Fix cars? Scrapbooking? I would hire him in a heart beat. If my mother, who lives in Florida, needed the care of a max/fac doctor, I would fly her up to see Dr. Esmail. I felt completely at ease from the very first time I met him. I had a complicated jaw surgery, and was admittedly somewhat apprehensive about the whole thing. Dr. Esmail made me feel at ease, and the surgery went very well. Also, both my orthodontist and dentist (neither of which know him) said he did an absolutely terrific job on a difficult surgery.
So far it's been a pleasant experience. I have only come in for my consultation but they were professional, respected my time, and were willing and able to work around my hectic schedule. The oral surgeon was personable and answered all questions and concerns I had, which helped me feel like I could trust him. I will update my review once I have all four of my wisdom teeth pulled... yikes!
If you need oral surgery, this is the place to go. Between my two daughters, they have had three surgeries here by Dr. Nadeem Esmail. The front and back office staff are warm and professional. They don't ask for cash on the phone to walk in the door as Dr. Rubens' office in Bothell so rudely requested of me.
