When I first contacted the company I was very comfortable because Lindsey was very helpful and informative. This quickly faded the day of the pick up. As soon as I was matched with a driver and Easy Auto Ship took the deposit out of my account they wanted nothing to do with me. I had problems initially contacting my driver and Easy Auto Ship was frankly rude and failed to follow up with me. I was extremely disappointed with the transfer from Easy Auto Ship to the driver. The driver was good and worked around my schedule. Car was is it was when it left the location where he picked it it up. The agent who booked it lied to me. It was like a con job.

There was no surprises on timing and price. She kept me posted with every step and the car arrived 10 minutes before I was told would be delivered. Highly Recommend Easy Auto Ship for anyone needing to to transport their vehicle! The delivery was fast and there was great coordination from both the office and the driver as to when my vehicle would be picked up and delivered.
It was a long journey from Hawaii to Missouri and it took time but that was because Charity from Easy Auto Ship had to find the right people at a fair price to do the job, they don't just take whoever is available, these people must be vetted for on time pickup, delivery and history of claims against them. Everything went well and the car which was in a accident and was not driveable showed up no worse than when it was picked up. I will use EASY AUTO SHIP on my next auto purchase. Thanks Easy Auto Ship
