Communication with Brandon was awesome. He was/is very knowledgeable and took extra effort to get me the best rate possible. He did exactly as he said he would and the final cost was exactly as he said it would be despite the fact that I received warnings form another broker about "bait and switch" tactics in the industry. I will definitely call them first should I ever need the service again.

First, Easy Auto Ship is a broker. I'm sure if you put your name in the system, your being contact by a dozen broker/shippers. How this works is you place your order, they find a trucker in the area and arrange to have your car/motorcycle/whatever, shipped. So if they find a good trucker, you're going to have a good experience and if it's a bad trucker it may not be as pleasant. In my case my driver was "Zman", he was great! Easy Auto Ship worked out great. It was more money than other quotes, but we needed a pickup truck shipped fast. Driver that arrived at our house was very professional.

I was skeptical to ship a car. When I contacted Easy Auto Ship I was talking with a professional who took the time to explain things to me until I was comfortable. I never felt rushed to make a decision and was able to get follow up communication through email with a direct phone line back to him. Everything was simplified through the benefit of their experience and when I decided to ship my car 1,800 miles I wasn't worried at all.
