Richard at Easy Auto Ship delivered as promised. I requested a covered transport but apparently there were very few available. At the last minute I spoke to Richard and we agreed he would find an open transport, but make sure I was placed on top toward the front. He did exactly what we agreed, and it turned out great. Definitely will use them again.
Easy Auto Ship ensured our vehicle was transported safely and efficiently across the country. They explained the process clearly when our companies just put us in the queue. Only hiccup was the payment of the driver. Expected to pay a with Venmo but driver demanded cash.
I haven't experienced such great customer service in a long time. My rep, Abby not only went out of her way to find me a same day carrier, but was warm and reassuring at every step. The driver delivered my vehicle sooner than was promised!
