The driver was spectacular! He was professional and clearly enjoyed his job. He wore gloves and showed respect for the vehicle. I really appreciated those small gestures.
I was skeptical to ship a car. When I contacted Easy Auto Ship I was talking with a professional who took the time to explain things to me until I was comfortable. I never felt rushed to make a decision and was able to get follow up communication through email with a direct phone line back to him. Everything was simplified through the benefit of their experience and when I decided to ship my car 1,800 miles I wasn't worried at all.
Miss Yvette was great to work with. Great communication. The price was fair. It fell right between too low/high. My pick up window was very tight. I was not able to be flexible about that. Normally customers have to have some flexibility as there are a lot of unpredictable factors. I explained my complicated situation. She found the right carrier for me. I would recommend them.

My car was picked up right on schedule. I was notified on the original delivery date that they were in heavy rains but would deliver by 8:00 the next morning. They were exactly as promised. My car was perfectly clean and well taken care of. The driver was extremely courteous. I would definitely use them again.
