We had excellent service from Easy Auto Ship as we reported in another review. We also had great service from the transport company, UFC Transport LLC that they arranged the delivery with. Their driver Baha was very good, called us as promised when expected, was very courteous and responsible. We got our car right on time and it was picked up only a couple days after arrangements were made.
Very professional service. When the first driver called to say he had mechanical problems with his truck, I called the dispatcher and within a few minutes he had another driver scheduled. The driver was very professional and took great care with our new Honda. He showed up on time and delivered on time. Very satisfied.

I was very happy with the service I received and how thorough my representative was in setting up the shipment of my car. My representative was on point with the timeframe that I should be expecting to be contacted by the carrier and about how long it would take to ship my car.
