I ordered service of Easy Auto Ship after purchasing my car at iaai (Insurance auto auction). I made a blind purchase and the car with salvage title is illegal to drive from Alabama to NJ. Brandon was the driver and kept in contact with me the whole way from Washington state to Iowa. He was very friendly, informative, and easy to work with.
I’ve never shipped cars before and I found when I went on the internet I was bombarded with agents who said they are the best. What I realized is most post your job on a website where truckers can accept it at the price they quote you minus the agents commission. I first dealt with an agent referred by a friend’s friend. That was 3 wks before my cars were to be shipped. Honestly after reading various reviews on auto shipping, I was expecting something to go wrong along the way. Absolutely PERFECT shipment!! The driver was in constant contact with me, no delays whatsoever. I have to give credit to Peter at the management office at Easy Auto Ship, who facilitated the entire shipment. 8/9/2020 Easy Auto ship Review Gary and his assistant Tiffany B***** were excellent,I was never put on hold to reach either one. Gary asked me to extend my ship date from 7/27/2020 to 7/31/2020 to get the cheaper rate I did. I was informed that I would receive a pickup date close to 7/31/2020. I am very satisfied with the service. Zeke delivered and exceeded my expectations. Much to my surprise, my vehicle was picked up the very next day and I was kept informed every step of the way.
