Larry was outstanding!! Kept up communication very well. Had a driver to bring my truck home the day I contacted them while the other company had nothing after 10 days. Truck arrived on time and in very good condition. Process was explained to me and all questions quickly answered. Well worth the extra money to do business with such an outstanding company!!

I have had many cars shipped and I have got to tell you this was the best experience I have ever had.Gail was awesome she worked with me on the price and the car was picked up and delivered 3 days before it was supposed to.I wii definitely use them again,very professional and great follow up.

This is my second time using DIY transport. The Customer Service is wonderful, I worked with Charity both times and she is awesome! Which is the reason I used them the second time. This last time the driver was 2 days late picking up my vehicle this is the reason why I’m giving 3 stars vs. 5 stars..But other then that I would recommend this company compared to other companies I’ve contacted in the past. They are the most professional and respectful.
