This was a very professional experience. Jen was extremely helpful and very nice through the whole process. This was my first time ever shipping a car and I can honestly say if I ever need to again I will definitely use DIY again.

Everything worked out perfectly. The car was picked up and delivered at the estimated times and dates originally specified, with no fuss or bother. This was my second experience with this company and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them based on my experience.

I had a very professional, positive experience with Jen at DIY transport. I needed to ship a pickup truck from Rockwood MI to Loveland CO. After getting jerked around by another company, I went through the process with DIY. They picked up when they promised and delivered when they said. Very painless and professional at every step of the process. I would recommend DIY to anyone as a starting point for auto transport.
