Chris B was very helpful from the get go. He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently to line up a driver to get our vehicle to Colorado from Maryland. DIY Transport was also the cheapest that I could find. Efficient and cheap is the way to go! If I may include that the driver they found was great! My vehicle made it to its final destination perfectly. Thank you DIY Transport.

David from DIY transport was upfront about the fees and informative about the industry and how the process works. He left no questions unanswered and was also not agressive as he believes in his company versus competitors. The process from start to finish was smooth and as described by David with no change in price quoted. Will definitely be using DIY And David in the future.

The responsiveness and customer service was very good. The driver contracted showed up on time, transit was only two days, as promised, and delivery was on time. No other issues and no damage. I have to say the rate was outrageous but as DIY is a broker, that's not something they control. I could not have accomplished this on my own.

We had a great experience with DIY transport shipping our car during a PCS move. The prices were fair, and they were able to find us a driver in the window we needed. They also helped us find a spot to drop the car off since we weren't getting in until a few days after delivery. At no point was this a stressful experience, and I had total confidence our car would make it to our final stop with no issue. Will definitely use them again.
