I had never shipped a car before and was nervous about the process and the reliability of the shipper. I am delighted to report, everything went smoothly and perfectly. The dispatcher responded immediately to every question; the driver also was available to me throughout the journey. The car arrived in perfect condition. The transport from LA to ******* took one week. I give five stars with enthusiasm. I will definitely use Easy Auto Ship again when the need arises.

My contact person was pleasant and responsive, very nice to deal with. Their price to ship enclosed was the best. However, when it came time to find a driver, they were not able to secure one, unless the price was increased. Their initial cost estimate to ship was artificially low and did not take into account factors that affected the price. They were able to quickly find a driver and my vehicle was delivered about two weeks earlier than originally anticipated. The employee that helped me made everything easy and was transparent about the procedure and costs. Overall, a very nice experience.

I worked with **** and he was fabulous. Kept me informed all along the way. Was a pleasure to work with. My driver, **** was very careful with my camper and helped me get it into the driveway. He was very kind. I highly recommend using Easy Auto Ship. It was my first time using a service like this and I felt respected and sure of what I was doing because of the care they took with me.

I cant say enough about this particular transport company. I had two vehicles leaving ************ went to ******* and went to **********. The lines of communication were open and I was told exactly when the cars would be delivered. They came in perfect shape. The driver stayed in touch with me and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.
