Excellent services in general. Driver was friendly, helpful, and thorough. Manager was also very helpful and I had to deal directly with him to finalize a pick up date. let like customer service office could have had better communication. I contacted the company in September for a January pick up and delivery. I understand the pick up and delivery occurred at a busy time of the but I did have to call several times to determine when my car would be picked up. A week's notice would have been appreciated but that did not occur.... read more

Easy Auto Ship made bringing my car from the east coast to the west really stress free and easy. A customer representative was always available and so was my driver to answer any questions and concerns I had along the way. Driver picked up and dropped off within window.

This was my first ime ever using a company like this. I spoke with ****** and she gave me pricing, when we were ready to ship our vehicle, she told me that it would be a 1-5 day window. They came to pick up the vehicle on the third day it wad delivered by day 5. The experience from start to finish was very smooth! I would highly recommend this company!****************

Such a great experience with this company. I was lucky enough to get to work with ****.. she was so professional and took the time to explain the process and assured me everything would go in a timely manner. Also, the driver who picked up/dropped off the vehicle (***) was amazing as well. Great communication from everyone during the whole process.
They were on time for pickup and delivery and no surprises. They were great at communicating the process and genuinely nice people from the dispatcher to the driver.

It was very easy to communicate with their team, and they provided very competitive prices. My sales rep was friendly and even knew of a few restaurants for me to try in their town. It was a very plesant experience and I am glad I chose them for my shipping.
