Car was picked up & delivered in time. Direct contact with trucker which was great. Had his cell phone so could make pickup arrangements directly. Picked up & 2 days later delivered. Great service. Very polite driver. Car in perfect pickup shape.

I'm very happy with Easy Auto Ship. I paid for "priority" shipping to transport my car from **** to ******* on a Monday, received car on Thursday--4 days later! What a great experience! We spent weeks reading reviews, getting quotes, having people constantly email, text and call us. I was dreading transporting my car across the country, but in the end, it wasn't difficult. I got a quote online, but also called to ask a few questions. I was surprised that the person who took my call was also the customer service agent who helped me in the online chat (admittedly, I thought the online chat wasn't a real person). This was a easy and great process. They had someone pick my vehicle up the exact same day and had it delivered to the same day as well. Thr communication was great and I would absolutely work with them again!
