Communications were good at all times. Easy Auto Ship got my two cars scheduled for pickup as requested and when my situation changed, were able to cancel that pickup and get me another that fit my new schedule in just a few days. The driver gave me several calls beforehand to update me and was prompt and courteous at all times He got my vintage BMW and Porsche delivered 1000 miles away promptly and safely. Outstanding service at a reasonable price.

I had an excellent experience with the office staff and the driver Gary as well. We had some special requests that they were able to meet and did everything they said they would do. Delivery was on time, exactly as promised. The price was competitive. I couldn’t have been happier, I would recommend them and would use them again.
I used Easy Auto to ship my car from New York to California and cannot imagine a process going more smoothly. Their customer services reps were efficient, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. And, they answered the phone so I was able to speak to a live person without waiting on hold for a long time.
