Never having had a classic motorcycle shipped from across the country, I was very nervous about the whole process. Easy Auto Ship made it very easy and August **** with August **** Transportation did an amazing job. She communicated with me and answered my questions when ever I texted her. She was prompt in the pickup (Monday May 9th 2022) and delivered it rather quickly (Monday May 16th 2022). I will definitely use Easy Auto Ship and August **** Transportation if the need ever arises again.
I was very nervous about shipping my son's car across the country after hearing horror stories about auto shipping services. I was confused about the brokerage vs direct shipper processes and our representative ******* really but my mind at ease. After he explained the process to me he gave me his name (full name!) and direct line to call when i had questions. This was my first experience shipping a car and the process with Easy Auto Ship (***) was overall positive. Pricing was reasonable & fair and I paid the same price as the quote. No issues around timing of getting the quote, confirming dispatch, drop off/ pickup and delivery time were all as expected. Car was picked up & delivered in time. Direct contact with trucker which was great. Had his cell phone so could make pickup arrangements directly. Picked up & 2 days later delivered. Great service. Very polite driver. Car in perfect pickup shape.
