EAS was my first time to use a shipper. I had gotten numerous estimates and decided on EAS. They gave me the best price. There was never any change after we determined the type of transport to use. Zeke told me to check them out on BBB and other transport reviewers and any other that I was interested in using. EAS was very easy to work with, trustworthy, and followed-through on every promise. This was my first time using a car shipper, and they were excellent. I had a recommendation to use them, so I felt confident going in. Pricing for the various shippers out there is similar, even though their quotes are not. Many groups will quote a significantly lower price, then raise the price with fees that make their price about the same as the reputable carriers. When I first contacted the company I was very comfortable because Lindsey was very helpful and informative. This quickly faded the day of the pick up. As soon as I was matched with a driver and Easy Auto Ship took the deposit out of my account they wanted nothing to do with me. I had problems initially contacting my driver and Easy Auto Ship was frankly rude and failed to follow up with me. I was extremely disappointed with the transfer from Easy Auto Ship to the driver.
