My name is Felipe. Well, I do know no one is perfect and also Easy Auto Ship sub contracts the drivers. At least in my case, my driver, Joe, was very professional, stayed in constant communication. Did he missed the pick up window, Yes. Was that bad, no. The logistics business is unpredictable. I wish people would rather accept that things don't always go as planned and be fair when leaving reviews.
Zeeke was very helpful and excellent customer service and one on one car!! I will definitely use and recommend there superb service and the driver was on point and very personal!!
