I came across EASYKNOCK when I tried to refinance to pay off all our debt and couldn't qualify due to my score been low (not for paying late, we have a perfect payment history but from having too much debt). Even though we had almost $200,000 in equity, we didn't qualify to refinance. Then I found this company and all I can say is THANK YOU, 10 out 10. I am very happy with the classy treatment I get from Easyknock staff, I find all the cooperation, especially from the lady named Christelle who explains everything to me professionally and speaks my native language, which made it easier for me to understand many things I didn't 't know before, thanks to Easyknock and thanks to the all staff

The process was very simple and easy in the beginning but then came time to sell. The person wasn’t very responsive to emails. I did a 1000 rent back from the people I sold my home to. I put the 1000 down out of my money and Easy Know said it was okay to keep 684 of my money for cleaning the house. I told the buyers no when they asked me because I purchased a carpet. Easy knock had no right in giving that authority with my money.

Transparent, excellent client service, kind and caring, extremely responsive, and very professional are just some of the terms I would use to describe Easyknock. From the very beginning of our long standing business relationship, they have demonstrated all of these traits from Day 1. I have been with EZ Knock for almost 2 years. This past year has been a trying and difficult year with the Covid pandemic. My husband lost his job, my hours were cut and that made life even more difficult.
