Recommendedgreat cusatomer service - help is friendly - have great sales - I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased from Eckard's eithjer on sale or not on sale. Good place to get household items like carpet etc they have almost everything you want to help start the update on your home.

RecommendedI was working on a platform base for a bubble lamp that goes in the corner of a sensory board I’m making for my youngest son who has Autism. I went in looking for remnants and after explaining to a saleswoman what I was looking for, I was led to a pile of samples. I got 6, perfect for the job. By the time I got to the front the woman had explained to Steve what I was doing and his response was “for your son, these are free!” Need I say more? A businesses character is everything. �

We purchased carpet and LVP for the entire main floor of our home through Eckard's in 2022. We had some issues within the year after it was installed and after several phone calls and my husband showing up to talk to Steve, he and his team came out to our house to assess the problem. They ended up replacing the entire kitchen flooring to fix the issue. Unfortunately, there are still issues throughout our home. Customer service has greatly declined! I've been waiting for a call back from Brandi since 11/30/23. This is after having to call there 5 times over the course of 2 weeks for a simple warrantied install issue and credit for pad I paid for that the install crew said they were returning. My boyfriend and I have been loyal customers of Eckards for 8 years, and have sent countless people their way. Highly disappointed.
