Customer service has greatly declined! I've been waiting for a call back from Brandi since 11/30/23. This is after having to call there 5 times over the course of 2 weeks for a simple warrantied install issue and credit for pad I paid for that the install crew said they were returning. My boyfriend and I have been loyal customers of Eckards for 8 years, and have sent countless people their way. Highly disappointed.
Josh was our sales person. I feel like I made it clear that I didn't want gray or contrasting floor. I thought I found the perfect flooring! But when I receive the flooring it had gray planks. I took a gray plank back to the store, to compare it to the sample. The lady tried her hardest to convince us ( my husband and I) that the sample had gray in it. Neither one of us could see it.
