Our tech was very courteous, plus extremely thorough; while finding no signs of termite infestation, he did point out three places of minor dry-rot which we will repair this fall when our preferred handyman is available.
Found your people to be courteous and helpful in explaining the situation and what was involved in taking care of the problem. The person who did the work was friendly and courteous and explained what he was doing as well as cleaning up after he was done.

We are very pleased with the fast and reliable service we received from Ecola. We had the pet, people friendly termite treatment done a few years ago and it was extremely successful. Joe came out a few weeks ago to inspect our house, he only found one tiny new spot that he treated for termites.
