Nick did our initial inspection and set up a time for the technicians to do the work. They arrived on time and were very professional - showed us the treatment areas and explained everything that was being done, as well as the warranty. Anthony, Reno and Levi were all a pleasure to deal with.
Hector arrived and treated all the areas in my home that had termite activity. He even found some that I have not seen. I was very pleased with Hector's performance and service.
The natural pest control has really worked well for us and was a healthier alternative for humans as well as cats. John (Reno) is always attentive and pleasant.
