On time and very professional
My house is complicated . It has lots of wood in difficult to reach places and the vegetation is tropical and woodsy so lots of humidity. The treatments for the past 15 years have been totally effective with no recurring infestations until recently when I learned that I had unknowingly changed the venting system allowing moisture into the subroof. Full of anxiety in fitting the fumigation in between rainstorms and bagging the food stuffs and medications. Nick was very informative. The fumigation crew was quick and not too messy. My outdoor antenna was damaged and an outdoor security light was damaged.
Called first and was courteous.
The inspector was pleasant, courteous and treated as few spots. He informed me of his findings. I look forward to my annual checkup. It certainly provides peace of mind.
