Our inspection was done quickly and professionally - the inspector found two places where termites were active. The next day we had a call and made an appointment to have the area treated - our technician was on time, polite and very accommodating - don quickly. I love having the maintenance agreement - makes everything so easy.

We have been quarterly plan customers with Ecola for 2+ years. That means they come quarterly and treat our property. It has improved the ant problem immensely. The staff is friendly and they will even come back if "the ants come back". Price is very reasonable especially because they will come back mid-quarter if needed. John is very careful and friendly about our indoor cat.
Reno was terrific and knew how to get rid of a flea infestation in my deceased aunt’s home. Very pleased with the results! Can’t find Reno’s name in the “Assisted By” list below?
Reno is courteous when we greet at the front porch and listens to my special request to make it better and safe.
My technician did a thorough job and spent a lot of time to make sure he fully inspected the attic. I feel this was our best inspection by far.
