All personnel I dealt with, the initial inspector (Nick Karalis), technician (Anthony), office staff, were very informative and explained everything thoroughly and in laymen's terms. The estimated arrival times were met each and every time. All around, it was a very pleasant experience and I will certainly deal with Ecola Termite again.
The technicians have been great! My spider problem is gone. They really go the extra mile I highly recommend the company!
