On point Omg I toured these apartments and I was like WOW. Katherine showed me around and I was ready to move in on the spot it was giving luxury, it was giving peace, it was giving I need this lease. So I went and applied and have been living here for a couple months it’s an awesome place and I recommend it to anyone looking for the north side

The Customer Service is on point. I’m new to the Columbus area and have been shopping for apartments. I called this place to get some information and spoke with Catherine on the phone. She was so nice and professional. If I decide to pursue this apartment further, I will definitely ask for her specifically!

Great Community I am delighted with the appearance of the community. It’s well kept and I saw it driving by Morse rd this made me want to stop in and tour. I was informed the grounds man Mike is keeping it looking great! Katherine was exceptionally kind with her customer service and answered all my questions.
