Verified Renter Elan Keller Ranch is one of the best apartment homes I have lived in.The property is quiet both day and night.As far as being maintained Elan does a great job of keeping the grounds well maintained.The maintenance crew does a fantastic job of getting to any issues,but is rarely needed.
