Well kept units, maintenance taken care of in a timely manner (when needed and not) often. Not to mention, apartments are great and a management team willing to listen to suggestions and take care of issues when brought to their attention.

I’ve lived in places that are straight up awful and it’s so refreshing to live in a place where the management actually cares about their residents.
