So Many Red Flags They wouldn't let me tour the apartment unless I submitted an application, after I got approved I received an email requesting the full amount or else I would be waitlisted and would have to forfeit the money paid even though I was not given a move in date yet. I went to the leasing office to complain because I still hadn't seen the apartments and they wouldn't let me in the leasing office, this made me question the safety of the area. Absolutely not This was my first apartment and I cried every single night until my lease was up because of the roaches invading my space . They came in multiple times to exterminate only for them to never go away. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Infested Where do i even start i moved May 2022 literally an month later had to make a ticket due to seeing first bug. Pest control been out every week just putting traps down then droppings was then seen in my home they was coming to patch wholes but in the mist seen droppings never said anything til i called saying i keep seeing roaches then Tonya that then left told me basically it was possible it was an mice in my home. STAT AWAY Roaches everywhere if you stay on top floor be prepared for water leaking through the ceiling if it rains! It’s so disgusting when I lived here someone broke into my car broke my back window and someone got shot in the parking lot DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER! This place needs shut down

Please don’t move here!!! There are bugs, sewage issues, people breaking into cars, maintenance is horrible (they can’t even find anyone to work), the apartment managers are horrible. Worst apartments ever.

They always have sewage problems I’m living here currently. But I’m moving soon thank god. I’ve only been here a year and I’ve had problems with plumbing and sewage since I’ve been here. I have pictures and videos. This is the worse apartment I’ve lived in.

TERRIBLE Apartments never rent here DONT RENT HERE!!! There are cockroaches and termites they mostly come out during night and they’re everywhere from the bedrooms to even the bathrooms. It was a huge bad sale and waste of money pls don’t consider moving here EVER!!!!

don’t move here Charged wayyyyyy to much for rent. Dirty won’t make repairs. Bug everywhere. Stray cats everywhere. Pools never open. Fitness never open very small. And charged one the 3rd day $30 and $5 everyday after late on rent. Wish I never moved here.

Find somewhere else ! It’s a waste of time and money ! Believe every review about bugs! They do not care one bit and their “pest control “ is awful …seriously you’ll end up throwing money in escrow ..just run far away and spend your money for better living conditions
