Bed bugs I moved into an apartment here from out of state. I was naive and thought the place looked great online. I was very wrong. While the maintenance staff were always polite and helpful, I certainly can't say the same for the office staff. They were rude and obviously as unhappy with their jobs as I was with my apartment. TERRIBLE place to live Do not stay here unless you want to leave with roaches, bed bugs or more!! Staff is rude and do not care about you. They only care about getting your rent!! Horrible place to live.
Terrible! Walk in apartment will always look great, staff will be very friendly UNTIL ... You move in. The pool we were promised was not up for one single day this past summer, the "gym" is a joke, 3 machines that don't work. Laundry room is always dirty & half off the amenities never work. The apartments are infested with bed bugs & roaches & instead of cleaning out the entire apartment complex, they pick and choose what apartments they want to clean instead of doing them all. Hit and miss My apartment is a hit because everyone keeps to themselves staff is friendly butttt, terrible maintenance they do really bad patch works instead of actually fixing the problem I've talked to my property manager and the girls work inside the office now hope so far it's really annoying it's mostly the plumbing that we're having a problem with the sinks are backing up can't close the dishwasher it seems like it's too tall for this particular unit and on top of that he's just trying to get someone else there to get ... read more
Forget the amenities Forget having access to the amenities here when you need them. Laundry and fitness centers were closed for repairs for over two months without notice. Since it's reopened, several of the washers are still broken. Shay, the resident manager, is extremely rude and condescending at every interaction I have with her.
