Love it Quiet, friendly, safe. The management here is amazing. She checks with before I have to check in with her. If I need anything it's done almost immediately. I absolutely love it here!!!
Very good I have always had maintenance come to my apartment in a timely manner. They are so kind and helpful. The apartments are affordable without being cheap. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.
my apartment I have only lived here for about 1 month I had some things to be fixed they sent maintance right away the office manager is very sweet and kind she is very helpful and uhnderstanding
Awesome property I have lived here for 13 months and i have nothing bad to say about this property. The grounds are kept clean if there is a maintenance issue it is fixed almost right away. The office managers are extremely friendy and are glad to help. I do look forward to being here another year.
Bugs “I just moved in and already regret it. The apartment has roaches, and management has done nothing to properly address the issue. It’s unacceptable to move into a place with this kind of infestation, especially for the amount of rent being charged. Very disappointing experience so far, and I would not recommend living here.”

Poor Property and Mid for Price So, the area used to look cleaner and taken care of, it doesn’t look like that anymore. It looks poor and dirty around the property. They are severely over priced. They charge for the paint job, so black appliances are an extra $200. The room sizes are relatively small, and they are money hungry. Just to move in you have to pay rent and the security deposit is the equivalent of first months rent, but not applied to it. Bad place Beware , trust your instincts. Drive through the community on weekends and nights to get a feel for locals. Trash, bugs and bad management.

Great marketing, bad complex. Please do your research regarding the reputation of this complex. I'm not sure who gets to rent the apartment depicted in the picture, but my carpet was at least 7 years old. My cabinets looked nothing like the pictures posted online, but cheaply made Drive by on the weekends and see the overflowing trash cans. Take the time to speak to your future neighbors. They don't have the reputation in the community that they do for no reason.

DISGUSTING PLACE TO LIVE I currently live here this is not a place you want to live there are roaches,wasps, spiders everywhere. The rental office took advantage of me because I was a first time renter I pay way more then I need to. I constantly call the police on my neighbors and the office won’t say or do anything about the situation. The rental office doesn’t do anything to fix anything unless you constantly bug them.
