Love it! Been living a while and we love it! The manager is super helpful and friendly!
Love the Townhome I love how peaceful the townhomes are. You can't hear the neighbors through the walls like most places. It is very spacious, Lot of storage space. Everyone is quiet and reserved and keep to themselves. I also love the management/ maintenance team. D. Roberts

Love it Quiet, friendly, safe. The management here is amazing. She checks with before I have to check in with her. If I need anything it's done almost immediately. I absolutely love it here!!!
Very good I have always had maintenance come to my apartment in a timely manner. They are so kind and helpful. The apartments are affordable without being cheap. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.
my apartment I have only lived here for about 1 month I had some things to be fixed they sent maintance right away the office manager is very sweet and kind she is very helpful and uhnderstanding
Awesome property I have lived here for 13 months and i have nothing bad to say about this property. The grounds are kept clean if there is a maintenance issue it is fixed almost right away. The office managers are extremely friendy and are glad to help. I do look forward to being here another year.
Smoke smell, Roaches, and A/C I've lived here a few months. My unit still smells like smoke, is full of roaches (despite four sprays), and the A/C only kind of works. The A/C was incorrectly set and malfunctioning before I moved in which cost me hundreds of dollars with AEP before I had even stepped foot inside. Notices to enter the premises are always given for a span of several days, 9AM-5PM and never include reasoning (except for pest control, about which they are thankfully more clear). Bugs “I just moved in and already regret it. The apartment has roaches, and management has done nothing to properly address the issue. It’s unacceptable to move into a place with this kind of infestation, especially for the amount of rent being charged. Very disappointing experience so far, and I would not recommend living here.”
