my apartment I have only lived here for about 1 month I had some things to be fixed they sent maintance right away the office manager is very sweet and kind she is very helpful and uhnderstanding
Awesome property I have lived here for 13 months and i have nothing bad to say about this property. The grounds are kept clean if there is a maintenance issue it is fixed almost right away. The office managers are extremely friendy and are glad to help. I do look forward to being here another year.
Bad place Beware , trust your instincts. Drive through the community on weekends and nights to get a feel for locals. Trash, bugs and bad management.

Great marketing, bad complex. Please do your research regarding the reputation of this complex. I'm not sure who gets to rent the apartment depicted in the picture, but my carpet was at least 7 years old. My cabinets looked nothing like the pictures posted online, but cheaply made Drive by on the weekends and see the overflowing trash cans. Take the time to speak to your future neighbors. They don't have the reputation in the community that they do for no reason.

DISGUSTING PLACE TO LIVE I currently live here this is not a place you want to live there are roaches,wasps, spiders everywhere. The rental office took advantage of me because I was a first time renter I pay way more then I need to. I constantly call the police on my neighbors and the office won’t say or do anything about the situation. The rental office doesn’t do anything to fix anything unless you constantly bug them. BUGS!!!! I moved in and a week later moved out and had to throw all my furniture away!! Don’t do it!!! Roaches and bed bug infested!!!

Awful My daughter was told on sept 3 she could be moved in by oct 1st & to come in & put her deposit down so she did..she got a call from Cassie saying she was moved to a waiting list 2 weeks before move in date & it wouldn't be until the end of November..my daughter told her she was scheduled to have her baby oct 10 so that wouldn't work for her she needed something now..Cassie apologized stating she understood & that oct 10 was her birthday too & she would refund her deposit but when she went in to get her deposit back was... read more

Worst place ever I lived there for 10months and it was the worst place ever... The drug activity is out of control and it's the younger teenagers smoking weed outside in front of the rental office and around the pool area and even after it was addressed nothing was done. Noise, smells, unprofessional and unsuitable to grow a family I would go with the last review on this page. I lived here for 2 years when problem started happening. They started allowing some not-so-nice and friendly people recently. Problem is these people are looking to create more trouble for their neighbors. Not nice, polite or courteous to people around them. I can smell people smoking all around my apartment.
