Good and fast responding maintenance Nice quiet neighborhood. Excellent staff. Love how spacious the townhomes are. 2 bedrooms are also nice. Highly recommended living here
4 years strong this is the first place in along time that has felt like home
amazing maintenance team I just want to applauded the maintenance staff at Eden of Reynoldsburg because the office was closed for an extended break for the holidays and the trash cans were over flowing and it was trash everywhere. They came back and had to pick up all the trash and move it to a different location and it was single digits outside… Freezing cold.
its cool I like the exposed brick and large basement in my spacious 2 bedroom townhome. The manger is quick to reply to my emails and always follows up if I have an issue. Overall its been a good experience.

Okay I moved to the Eden of Reynoldsburg about 4 months ago. For the most part I like my apartment. But where I was coming from was the worst of the worst so I'm not sure if I would have settled for anywhere but where I was living. I love love having a washer & dryer in my apartment. No more laundromat. I love the area. Rental office is very nice so far. And they do their best to get things done.
