Maintenance and Management I so appreciate the kind and considerate management and the punctual and knowledgeable maintenance. A very nice community to live in and close to shopping etc. Highly recommend living here.

Generous, Punctual, Great Customer Service & Empathetic!!! The staff here are so keen on knowing what the plight of the tenants are and doing everything within their means to have them met! The attendance rate to call is so superb...they would be right there within minutes of notifying the office of a situation that needs to be solved. They are polite and customer-service oriented to the extent that they are ready to go off the lengths to bring satisfaction and smile on the face of a needy tenant! Maintenance Maintenance is hands down the best thing here. They are very polite and professional. That is very much appreciated in these times. Dale is the main guy who shows up to fix any issues within my unit he does it in a timely manner. He’s an awesome employee to have on your team. Very friendly and gets the problem fixed . It’s never anything major but he handles it just like if it was . Eden of reynoldsburg you have a awesome maintenance team

Great Maintenance Men! Maintenance is great - Ben and Dale are always timely, considerate, and do a great job with any requests! Since they've started working at this complex it's been much more pleasant getting things fixed - big or small.
