Incredible how awful their service can be. My mother a very active but senior lady wanted to open an account for my daughter at this bank. While they had agreed on a time to meet up there, my mother forgot her cellphone at home and could not reached my daughter. She kindly asked at the bank, to please make a call to let my daughter (that was going late) that she was there. They refused and didn't let my mother to make the call. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst bank I've ever had the treachery of using and being a member of. Customer service is terrible. Either young kids who don't know what they're doing or rude old people who speak condescendingly and are never any help at all. Piss poor management from the top to bottom. Do not recommend at all. Horrible

This bank is operating out of the STONE AGE. They don't keep up with the times. Their Zelle process is senseless, ATM withdrawals do not exceed $200, long lines for the teller , customer service is subpar. This bank should be servicing retirees and not busy people.

My debit card was compromised, and I had $550 stolen from my checking account.I found out that it was compromised because I received a FRAUD ALERT thru the bank's messaging center. The following morning I filed a dispute and submitted the paperwork online. One week later I called to follow up because I still hadn't received the money back in my account. Horrible customer service, they closed my account more than 2 weeks ago and I did exactly what they told me to do and I haven't received any news and it still doesn't work.

Edfed this absolutely horrible. Worst customer service I called almost 12 times in one day and they were still not able to fix my issue. Everytime I would speak to a new representative they would tell me something different and I ended up just changing banks because of the mess they had going on. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Common to what's happening in the rest of the country, this C.U. is caught up in "medical theatre", despite schools and most businesses recognizing the bottoming out of the so called pandemic, these folks, like most other systems with power over "Customers"(seems like the former being always right is passe') throw around their power over "Patrons" in many ways, including forcing said customers to wear the useless face diaper! Forced to give 1 star to write review- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Rude customer service and inefficient supervisor. Wowed and saddened- even where you least expect it! I was flabbergasted, they took pleasure out of being unhelpful all the way up the chain. Like I said wowed and saddened.

Rude and will charge you for something 8 years after an account is closed and mess up your credit. Staff rarely returns calls and they can shove it. Then when you pay the "debt" they refuse to provide you with an itemized receipt. Shady
