Horrible wait times on the phone & in person. So if you are someone as myself who only has a 30 minute lunch period, you're in trouble when it comes to making payments over the phone, your only other choice is to make the drive in Miami's horrible bumper to bumper traffic, to drop money in there drop box. Not convenient. The employees are nice, they either need to hire more people or speed it way up. Hopefully they improve soon so I can improve this review.

They must have posted an ad saying "We are hiring the slowest bank tellers in Miami! If you have no sense of urgency please apply." - Employees are basically dead and move slow - Quality of the Card is trash - I have gotten fraud on my account at least 4 times - they dont have free coffee
Muster up the patience because you'll be standing in line for eons! It's a credit union, folks, so the benefits, rates and perks are sweet. but the wait times and lengthy protocol make you think twice. The tellers are simply not as efficient in processing client requests as they are in larger private banks or perhaps they are just understaffed.
