Very Satisfied Overall, salesmanship and knowledge, and professionalism, Gary B. was impressive. All the people in the office were courteous. This was a very sold experience providing deliveries as promised. It will be easy to refer to others for all those looking for AC and heating needs.
Friendly efficient service Dan W. with sales listened to my needs, respected my budget and set me up with the right AC & water heater for my home & wallet. No pressure! When it came to the installation Pat N. & Eddie C. arrived shortly before the promised time, were professional, neat and efficient. They kept me updated on their progress and made sure that I didn't have any questions before they left.
Great Salesman! Great Installation Service! Competitive Price! Dan M was a great salesman to work with. He was the first one to quote and adjust quotes on the fly as needed. Anthony was his younger partner and did a great, fast, and on-time installation of the AC and furnace over the planned three days. I really appreciated the window units while we waited. Thanks, guys!
Highly Recommend for Furnace AND Central AC! Our AC system died in the middle of a heat wave. We had an appointment the next day, and our rep, Dan, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different unit components and efficiency ratings and more - even with it being about 95 degrees in our house! Great Install and Sales Team They were on time, professional and did a very neat install job. I was impressed by how the outside duct work was done to look aesthetically pleasing on and around my house. Great job Pat N and Eddie C. Gary B was also a great sales person.
Excellent work by Mike D. and Dennis C. Even though the wrong size sheet metal fittings were sent with the techs, they got the write parts sent and completed the job in 8 hours. Installed Central AC and Heating in a third floor condo. Mike D and Dennis C performed well above expectations. Will recommend to all my friends and neighbors.
