I'm very pleased with their services from the installation to the continued annual maintenance! Edison Heating and Cooling installed a new system for me about seven years ago and everything went well. They have continued to be responsive, and I find the technicians very knowledgeable. Edison sends a technician every year for maintenance, and they are courteous when they come into the house. Reliable! The technician has been excellent! Edison Heating and Cooling installed my system five years ago, and I've used them ever since. The technician, Anthony, is excellent. He is thorough and on-time. They come back regularly to check on things. I rely on Edison Heating and Cooling. Five stars.
Great experience on installation. Techs arrived on time. Courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of the house and property. Eric took the time to explain the new furnace and answer questions.
They do a good job but the maintenance fee is too high! I've used Edison Heating and Cooling for about five years. My equipment has a ten-year warranty, so repairs are mostly covered. But when they come for the cleaning, charging me one hundred-twenty-nine dollars is too much. I recommend Edison Heating and Cooling for their work, but not for the cost.
They Did Good We have a couple of properties, and have been using Edison Heating and Cooling for our troubleshooting issues. The last time they were out, they were able to fix an issue from one of our properties. Thankfully, they just needed to change one part, and it got everything working fine again. We needed them out right away, but they were running so many appointments they couldn't come out until the following day. But all in all, they did a good job, and I would use them again.
Our experience was excellent Edison was excellent from start to finish. I called them for a second bid on my furnace and they came in $600 cheaper for a better brand. They came quickly, were very courteous, and as far as I can tell, did a great job!
Painless! The installation went above my expectations. So professional and they kept me informed every step of the way. Done efficiently too and the guys worked well together. Justin and Mike were phenomenal. I highly recommend this company.
