Excellent Knowledgeable, professional and competent is how I would describe Edison Heating and Cooling. From the first phone call to the office to the sales rep Ryan Sweeney, to the technicians, Sandy & Anthony, all had outstanding customer service ethic. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend them.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Efficient Anthony, Sandy and the other man (I never got his name) were outstanding! They were complete professionals: extremely hardworking, professional in their explanation of the entire unit, and most importantly very friendly and personable. They took a lot of pride in their work and we were very satisfied with the entire product they installed for us.
Thoroughly professional including, sales, installation, home office staff and problem resolution. We replaced 2 zones of compressors, condensers, and pipes. Installers arrived as promised and were exceptionally neat and courteous, The price was better than other bids. There was a problem of a strange higher pitched (flute range, not dog whistle) when one of the units was active. They came back within a day and resolved it (resonant vibration in one of the coolant pipes - fixed by moving a mounting bracket).
