My Favorite Company I will always be a life time customer. My air unit went out during a massive Texas heat wave in 2011. Everyone was booked and scheduled appointments were canceled at the last minute. I was desperate and had to leave for the east coast. I called Efficient Home Solutions from my hotel room and they came out and installed a new unit that night. Since then I use their semi-annual services (air/heat checkups). Excellent service at a difficult time. HVAC system would not turn on last day before shelter-at-home. Ben came to my house on time and was very careful to keep physical distance. He explained what was wrong with system (3 different parts) and went the extra steps necessary to acquire parts at this difficult time.

They got me a warranty and saved me money when a different company could not. I would give Efficient Home Solutions five out of five stars all the way around! Their pricing saved me so much money. I had called them to give me a second opinion on some work that I was going to get done by a different company. Rocky, the technician, was excellent!
