Helped me solve my problem. Fair and honest company! I started using Efficient Home Solutions about six months ago. I had some problems with my old system which had been installed improperly. David and his crew helped me figure out my options and what I should do to fix some humidity problems. They were successful. I highly recommend Efficient Home Solutions and would use them again myself. Five stars!

Complex problem solved My service tech was quite late due to a company miscommunication but worked hard for a long time. He eventually had to call in someone to help, but they stayed with the original estimate even though they stayed 7 hours and had to put in more parts than expected. My unit works great now despite the really cold temps last week

This listened to my needs and delivered the best solution for me. I requested proposals from 3 Lennox rated "Premier" dealers in our area. Of these three, only David with Efficient Home Solutions really listened to my needs and then delivered almost everything what I wanted. The other two did not do the work to customize the project to my goals and instead used a "cookie cutter" solution which did not meet my requirements. Overall company experience.... We have done business with your company since last January, 2019. I found the service through web recommendations. Our furnace blower had gone out on a cold winter night and I took a chance based on reviews and immediate need. They responded immediately when I called, and went to extraordinary lengths to help my wife get heat restored that day.
