He Was Respectful, Patient & Knowledgeable Efficient Home Solutions did a great job for us. This was our first time using their services. We found them online. We were having some issues with our air conditioner and wanted to get that checked as well as a normal maintenance visit so we gave them a call. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. Quality work, and very fast response time! I am a general contractor and I have used Efficient Home Solutions on several of my jobs and projects. They do quality work. Their employees are easy to work with, and their customer service is great. The other day, one of my men accidentally shot a nail into a copper line, and Efficient Home Solutions was here within 20 minutes of the time I called them! I really appreciated that fast response!

Mostly a positive experience. I've had both of my air conditioners replaced by Efficient Home Solutions. Now they come and perform maintenance and repairs. During the last three or four years, I've found them easy to reach and schedule visits. Sometimes they're on time, sometimes they're a little late. A couple of things have gone wrong, but they've always come back to fix them. Overall, it has been a positive experience working with Efficient Home Solutions.

I would hire them again! I have a maintenance contract with Efficient Home Solutions so they come every year to service my air conditioner. They do a good job and I will continue to use them. I also recommend Efficient Home Solutions to my friends and neighbors.

They do good work, and are honest! Efficient Home Solutions has taken care of my air conditioning and heating needs on numerous occasions. It is usually the same guy who comes out each time, and I really like him. He was here just a while back to do some service work on my air conditioner.
