On-tme, professional, knowledgeable. Sunday morning before Labor Day in Dallas, 100 degrees and the AC dies. After several calls to other companies who would only schedule for Tuesday - 48 hours in Dallas with no AC - no thanks I got a referral for EHS. Repaired upstairs AC unit quickly and efficiently with great customer service. Our upstairs AC unit stopped working in August! We thought it was the filter or something stuck in the vent. It was the outside AC unit connected to upstairs. I called to make an appointment and a repairman arrived within the two hours, explained the problem and fixed it promptly. I liked his honesty. I will recommend Efficient Home Solutions.

Thanks, EHS! We had that troublesome hot spot in our home (probably caused by the cable guy pushing the original insullation aside so he could nap in the attic). EHS solved our "hot spot" with a nice shot of insullation at a very reasonable price! Couldn't have been more pleased with the service, price and wonderful people. THANKS, EHS!

Excellent! I called my Home Warranty for service on our A/C. They came out twice and told me that I needed $600 parts for our system. I called Efficient Home Solutions and they offered to send someone over within the hour. Michael showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the problem (I actually didn't need the $600 parts) and took care of the issue. Highly recommended!!

Michael was very professional andknowledgeable. Michael came to my home to diagnose my cooling problem. Another firm had advised me that I was going to need to replace the entire system because the compressor was bad. Michael found it was nothing more than a dirty unit outside which is covered under an annual maintenance plan. I will definitely use this program in the future to maintain my system and trust this company to do what is best for me and my home.

Michael help save me a lot of money. I would like to give Michael high praise for being knowledgeable, efficient, professional and really caring and passionate about his work. I called another company to service my a/c because it wasn't cooling my home. I was told I needed a new compressor which was truly not the case. Excellent customer service. Our downstairs AC unit stopped working on a Sunday morning. I texted our tech, Michael O. and he promptly called me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. On Monday he called to tell us when he was about 30 minutes away and once he arrived he diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. He has been a pleasure to work with and it's reassuring to know that if we have another problem that he will be there to help us.
