I selected Aspen Dental in December while visiting my parents for the holidays. My mother was experiencing a tooth ache and I wanted to make sure that she took care of it before we left to go back home to Miami, Florida. I never thought that I would say this about a dentist's office but I really look forward to my dental appointments at Aspen Dental located on Norman Dr. in Valdosta, GA. I have never written a review for a dental office but have decided to do so because I receive exceptional and personable service from all the staff there. If I could give a negative -star rating, I would! Dirty place! The hygienist didn't change gloves and kept putting her finger in my mouth! They did 30 other procedures before addressing my issue! And...Surprise!!! They didn't have time to fix my problem! Hundreds of dollars later, I left without service! What a scam!!!!

I took my wife to an appointment because she had a chipped tooth. They did x-rays and said she had a lot of problems with her front teeth and needed dentures. We strongly considered doing it and signed up for a line of credit to use toward the dental work. We changed our mind and my wife called to let them know we were not continuing with the dental work. I wish I had read reviws before starting the process to get my dentures. They make you wait forever even with an appointment. I was supposed to go tomorrow for adjustments I really need.i have several places that hurt and they call and want to reschedule. I let them know how bad I need to come in but they didn't listen. AVOID IF POSSIBLE . I'm going to try to find another dentist.

Go anywhere else. I wish I give a lower rating. I waited 3 hrs for one of my appointment. I thought maybe they are just busy that day but every appointment as been several hours late here. I cant recommend go somewhere else enough. I have to go here because this is the only place my insurance takes. The care is ok but after hours of waiting this is extremely unprofessional especially when it's every appointment. FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR OWN SANITY AND ALL THAT IS HOLY, NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PHONE NUMBER. I don't really know if a full week has passed until I recieve a phone call or text message from this company. I called once in Oct/Nov(?) to schedule an appointment.
