The customer service offered by this company is the worst I have ever experienced. I received treatment that did not correct my dental issue and was advised by the office to contact patient satisfaction. They took months to return my call and after Travis finally returned my call,he said he would investigate and call back. It's 6 months later and I have not spoken with him or anyone else in his office. Aspen Dental was fine until you get the bill. My insurance paid them and said I was not due to pay anything but they made me pay money before I left there. Then I got a bill in the mail saying I owed them more money, so I called them. I also have a discount plan that they are supposed to use before billing my insurance which they did not do. I went in for a cleaning and because I couldn't afford the deep cleaning($700.00) but asked for regular and what my insurance would pay, dentist refused to do any cleaning.
