Literally the worse office to get in touch with, my appointment was scheduled for the 4th and I've been calling since the 2nd of January to let the Office know I need to reschedule... No one EVER ANSWERS MY CALLS. Then they called me i Missed it and now they saying my appointment will be canceled if I don't call back ... IVE BEEN CALLING ALLL DAY BY THE WAY ! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I purchased dentures for my wife and I in the beginning of the year and purchased the warranty. Since I purchased the dentures I have had nothing but issues. My dentures recently broke for the second time. I have made several appointments to get the issue resolved but each time I go to the appointment nothing is done. The most recent appointment I went to was on 12.03.2023. Had an appointment at 3 got to office 2:50 and still have not been seen. I have been waiting over an hour even after I let them know how long I've been waiting. They just say oh your next. I will never come back to this place. They don't care about people time at all. What's the point of having an appointment if you not going to at least stick to it. Most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. Hell would have to freeze over before I came back here.

Terrible!! It took them over a month to refund their charges for a crown they didn't do. Needed an extraction. They charge upon checking in for service not done! They broke / chipped the next tooth and won't take responsibility for it or refund the extraction and refused to do the new needed crown on the tooth they broke (for a discount) not even a 'sorry about that' just 'it happens and you signed a release! Never again!

Don't go here! They will do the most expensive fix for your problem and it will not last! Their chair side manner leaves alot to be desired also! Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. As if dentists didn't have enough problems already you get this facility making it worse!

Overcharge you then ignore the issue horrible business practice tried contacting someone for 3 days left multiple messages with no response and was placed on hold for an hour at a time finally went down there where they got an attitude and lied

Very shady business practices. Get hit with a new charge that I know nothing about, every time I come in. Providing services based on the most profitable treatment plan for them. Not providing all options upfront. They make it seem like this is your only choice. Very very unhappy.

Horrible. The staff is wonderfully friendly, but that doesn't make for good dental care. The "doctor" is only in for money, he was obsessed with wisdom teeth coming out that don't need to over the several cavities I needed filled and a tooth that needed pulling. He charged me for a "surgical" extraction for that bad tooth instead of the regular extraction it was, and didn't explain anything. The customer service offered by this company is the worst I have ever experienced. I received treatment that did not correct my dental issue and was advised by the office to contact patient satisfaction. They took months to return my call and after Travis finally returned my call,he said he would investigate and call back. It's 6 months later and I have not spoken with him or anyone else in his office.
