RV was in great shape and very clean when we picked it up. They even accommodated an early pickup for us. Sandra was very polite and courteous and helped us at every step of the procedure. She was detailed in her instructions and walked us through all mechanical details of the motor home. This is my second time with El Monte Las Vegas and I will return!

The RV experience was wonderful. The only part I didn’t care for was the time frame I had to have the RV back by. If you’re any somewhat lengthy distance away, you either have to cut your trip short by a day/night or get up very early the next morning to get the RV back on time (must be back between 8-11 AM).

Taking over the RV was quite fast, almost too fast for a newbie like me. Everything went smooth and the RV held troughout the three-weeks trip. ==> GREAT! One thing that was really bothering was an ugly smell in the RV. Accoriding to the staff, it should have disappeared after a day having the windows open. But it stayed up to 1.5 week and we fought against it with room refresh spray etc. Returing was even faster and everything was ok.
