Pick-up was super smooth and easy. The team at San Fran were great and explained everything with great detail which was appreciated. Also shoutout to Betty, thank you for the quick response time when replying to my emails.

RV was in great shape and very clean when we picked it up. They even accommodated an early pickup for us. Sandra was very polite and courteous and helped us at every step of the procedure. She was detailed in her instructions and walked us through all mechanical details of the motor home. This is my second time with El Monte Las Vegas and I will return!
