Overall, Elan Solar was great. The promised timeline was not accurate and I am not sure who to blame. I think it would be **** Power, but I would also expect **** to stay on top of **** Power to get what they needed **********. It doesn't appear Elan did that. But otherwise, the communication was great, the installation went smooth and getting the meters and all going after installation was timely and smooth. mvery impressed of how fast and timely they did my installation at my house. The team that went to do my installation was polite and timely to do everything and kept me up-to-date with my solar panels. I have recommend Elan Solar to my family members and also let them know how good they are. Thank you for all you guys do and keep up the great work

This was my best experience, the installers were so friendly. The agent who assisted me, *****, made sure that on the day of the installation it was comfortable for me to be present. They were very courteous and did not leave a mess in my house. The customer service is exceptional, best of all, they have employees who speak Spanish, *****, *****, and *****, they are very nice.

***** was a great to work with. He really kept the install moving. When **** contacted me after to see how I liked my install, I recommended they buy him a ski pass because I was so happy with his work.The only thing I would have done different was to move panels so they were not partially over my back porch. I did not realize it until the first snow melted off that it might be a challenge.

TLDR: Horrible customer experience. I sued and they lost. They refuse to pay the court order.Recommendation: DO NOT USE ELAN SOLAR. My experience: In Aug-22 the solar panels were installed on my roof. They installed the panels without having a permit from the city to do so. They then messed up the paperwork to have the system inspected which delayed the process. They failed the first inspection and then failed the second inspection. I was calling them everyday to get them to do their jobs but they continually lied to me. The... read more

On 12/17/2022 I entered a purchase and installation agreement with Elan Solar. This agreement was for an enphase encharge 10W Standalone Battery including labor, installation and materials.My Wife and I gave a check for the full amount of ****** dollars.
